Phil has attended an intensive conference put on by American Immigration Lawyers

Association (AILA) on all aspects of immigration.  He and his staff can help people in the following categories:

(2)   those seeking asylum or refugee status who are afraid to return to their home countries due to persecution

(3)  those being deported or detained by ICE.  We also help to structure plea negotiations in a way that will not permanently injure the applicants chance for re-entry into the U.S.

(4)   those seeking to come to the U.S. for employment purposes.

            We can arrange for an interpreter to assist in your immigration interview.
